We are a fast-growing short-term rental (STR) company specializing in premium serviced apartments in Central London. Our mission is to provide exceptional guest experiences while optimizing property performance. We’re seeking a talented Operations Manager to take the lead in managing day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, and scaling our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Management: Oversee the operations of our serviced apartment portfolio, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest satisfaction.
2. Landlord Relations: Source new properties and build strong relationships with landlords and property partners.
3. Guest Experience: Handle guest communications, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain top-tier review scores.
4. Operational Efficiency: Manage cleaning schedules, maintenance teams, and inventory to ensure flawless apartment readiness.
5. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in operational workflows and technology.
6. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate with contractors, cleaners, and service providers.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in short-term rental property management, serviced apartments, or hospitality operations.
2. Strong knowledge of STR platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com) and property management software like Hostaway and Guesty.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to manage relationships with landlords, guests, and service providers.
5. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
6. Self-driven with a passion to build and grow a business.
