Storeperson & Shipping Administrator

Location: Laughton &/or Lewes, East Sussex
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP32,000


Are you an experienced Storeperson & Shipping Administrator looking for a new challenge? Join a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you'll handle goods in, stock control, and shipping logistics. This hands-on role ensures inventory accuracy, timely shipments, and efficient stores operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, and manage stock using an ERP system.
  • Pick, pack, and arrange courier shipments for domestic and international customers.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and conduct cycle counts.
  • Operate a forklift for goods movement (Counterbalance licence required).
  • Identify and support process improvements within the stores and shipping department.


What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing stores environment.
  • Knowledge of MRP/stock control systems and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and a valid forklift licence.
