Storesman / Stores / Goods In

We're on the lookout for a reliable, organised, and hands-on Storeman to join a brilliant team at a stainless steel restoration company based in Hyde. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who's happy taking ownership of all things stock and logistics!

You'll be the go-to person for all goods coming in and out of the business, and you'll be in charge of keeping the stores area running like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Handling all goods in and goods out
2. Keeping stock levels accurate and organised
3. Booking deliveries in, checking items, and reporting any discrepancies
4. Organising the stores and keeping the space tidy and efficient
5. Keeping records up to date - basic systems knowledge is a bonus!
6. Working with the team to make sure everything is where it should be when it's needed

What We're Looking For:

1. Someone who's methodical, reliable, and proactive
2. Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, or stock control role
3. Able to work on your own initiative and take charge of the stores area
4. Physically fit - some manual handling is involved
5. A good communicator with a can-do attitude
