What you'll be doing:

  • Manage inventory control through effective storage, rotation, and regular stock-taking
  • Maintain quality standards, bio-security measures, and minimize stock losses
  • Ensure site cleanliness and compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Coordinate with Production and Transport Logistics Managers for efficient goods movement
  • Supervise and organize all personnel and visitor activities on site
  • Conduct quality inspections and attend management meetings
  • Operate and maintain forklifts (FLTs) and other equipment
  • Oversee daily operations including task allocation, training, and process improvement

What we're looking for:

  • The successful candidate will have basic computer skills as well as an aptitude for managing a team, effective communication, resilience, dynamic planning and problem-solving skills, good H & S awareness, and reliability.
  • Previous Stores Management experience or experience of managing stock and stock rotation is desirable.
  • Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours and some Saturday working will be required.
