Job description

Our Store Team Members deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product queries and providing a prompt service with a smile.

Store Team Members at Home Bargains cover a range of store duties including customer service, stock replenishment, cash handling and helping to maintain excellent store standards.

Store Team Member rates of pay depend on age, ranging from £9.00 per hour for below 18 year olds, £11.18 for 18 - 20 year olds, and £11.88 for those 21 and over.

Available contracted hours are:

1. 1 x 8 hour contract, working weekends
2. 1 x 20 hour contract, must have availability to work between Monday to Sunday.

Job Overview:

Candidates will be hardworking, enjoy working in a retail store and have experience of cash handling and processing deliveries. Successful candidates are provided with on-the-job training and gain essential transferable retail skills.

Minimum Criteria To Apply:

1. Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service
2. Experience of cash handling and working in a retail environment
3. Experience of manual handling and stock replenishment
4. Hardworking and reliable
5. Polite and professional
