Taking responsibility for P&L, KPIs, safety & risk, and ensuring all in-store departments perform, you’re not afraid to be hands-on, with a visible presence across the store and a dedication to excellence that takes colleagues with you on the mission to delight customers every day.

In this fast-paced environment, challenges and opportunities arise daily. You’re comfortable making key decisions quickly while prioritising customer experience, and you excel at engaging colleagues so that they’re empowered to deliver too. We trust our store managers and with a capable management team behind you, you’ll have a framework of support so you can focus on what you do best.
