The Opportunity

Our Store Managers are responsible for overseeing our stores, staff, merchandise, and customer service, achieving sales objectives, and maintaining the highest operational and merchandising standards. You'll also build highly motivated teams and coach and develop them to the next level.

We are looking for a store manager to join our Canary Wharf team.

What you'll get to do

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the store, staff, merchandise, and customer service, achieving sales objectives, and maintaining the highest operational and merchandising standards while building highly motivated teams and coaching and developing them.

Profit and Sales Generation:

  1. Meeting sales goals
  2. Analyzing available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business, setting business strategies
  3. Support the development of the Fragrance Consultants' skills, ensuring teams are fluent in all aspects of product knowledge
  4. Demonstrate sales leadership, playing an active role on the selling floor

Customer Service:
  1. Ensure all Fragrance Consultants provide the highest level of customer service
  2. Resolve all customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively, assisting team members where needed

Operations:
  1. Ensure correct staffing levels
  2. Understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe funds, and petty cash

Merchandising/Visual:
  1. Partner with operations, logistics & product teams to ensure the right assortment for the store, communicating inventory needs to support the business goal
  2. Ensure the selling floor is always picture perfect and reflective of current visual direction

Human Resources:
  1. Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure all vacancies are filled in a timely manner with the right candidate
  2. Continually evaluate the performance of each Fragrance Consultant and provide constant feedback to ensure results
