Job description
A fantastic opportunity to join a leading beauty retailer in an iconic department store in London. This is a growing business selling lovely beauty products and treatments, that is passionate about service and the customer experience.
You will have full P&L accountability and will be an excellent communicator to build relationships with your stakeholders. You need to be an inspirational leader who will bring out the strengths in others and give them the encouragement to succeed. You will also be a strong operator who can manage your time effectively and work remotely. Passionate about cosmetics and an ability to demonstrate makeup application is a must.
Our client is looking for a passionate, driven and dynamic beauty store manager who will thrive in an environment of ideas and innovation. You will be working in a commercial KPI driven environment and have at least 3 years in a retail store manager role.
