Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
2. Oversee all retail operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and health & safety compliance.
3. Train, develop, and empower your team to drive high performance and career growth.
4. Ensure high standards of retail presentation and store layout, making sure everything is aligned with company standards.
5. Manage store performance, including reporting on sales, stock levels, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.

The Ideal Candidate:
