Store Manager Responsibilities:

1. Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to consistently deliver customer service excellence
2. Drive retail performance through strong sales leadership and operational excellence
3. Take full P&L responsibility, managing budgets, stock control, and audit procedures
4. Keep the team engaged with technical product knowledge to enhance customer experience
5. Oversee visual merchandising to showcase the brand's products and create an inviting store environment
6. Recruit, train, and develop your team, ensuring a high-performance culture
7. Report directly to the Area Manager on performance, sales trends, and team management

Experience & Qualifications:

1. A passion for the outdoors and an interest in outdoor products
2. Proven retail management experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor
3. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse retail trends, sales, and competitor activity
4. Track record of driving sales, managing KPIs, and improving store performance
5. Experience with P&L responsibility, recruitment & training, and visual merchandising
6. Fashion retail experience is a plus but not essential - we value passion and leadership
