Store Manager | Outdoor | £30,000 + Bonus | Lake District

Are you passionate about the outdoors? If so, we may have the perfect role for you! Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to lead the team in an exciting outdoor brand in a busy tourist location!

We are looking for a new leader who is passionate about the outdoors and can bring that energy to their store! You will be creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in and shop, as well as inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service.

Store Manager Benefits:

Store Manager Responsibilities:

Drive performance and retail sales across the store
Create an environment that provides an excellent experience for customers
Manage the store KPIs including P&L and Audit Customer service
Keep the team's technical product knowledge up to date
Report to the area manager

Experience and Qualifications as a Store Manager:

Having a passion for the outdoors will be a massive advantage for this role
Retail experience at either Supervisor, Concession Manager or Assistant Manager level
Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve store performance
Track record of driving sales and performance
Commercial awareness, knowing market trends and competitor analysis

Previous experience working with fashion is desirable but not essential; what is essential is having a passion for the outdoors!
