Your Role:

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets and optimising store operations.

A Typical Day Involves:

1. Leading a passionate team to provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
2. Driving sales through effective merchandising and promotions.
3. Monitoring stock levels and ensuring product availability.
4. Conducting team training to develop skills.
5. Analysing sales data to identify growth opportunities.
6. Creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in retail management.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.

5. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
