1. Develop business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
2. Hire, train, and oversee staff to ensure high performance and consistent service
3. Meet sales goals by motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff
4. Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
5. Manage store's inventory effectively
6. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
7. Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is presentable and standards are maintained
8. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
9. Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
10. Stay updated on market trends and fashion releases to interpret in store merchandising

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager
2. Knowledge of latest fashion trends and high-end products
3. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
4. Leadership and people management skills, with an ability to motivate and lead a team
5. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
