Key Responsibilities for a Store Manager:
  1. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, retail sales, and customer satisfaction
  2. Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure optimal store performance
  3. Foster a high standard of customer service among team members
  4. Train, mentor, and coach staff, encouraging skill development and career advancement
