What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
2. Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer service.

4. Driving sales and performance, analyzing key trends to maximize opportunities.
5. Maintaining high visual merchandising standards and stock management.
6. Collaborating with senior management to align store strategy with business goals.
