Store Manager Responsibilities:

1. Driving customer service standards in your site
2. Driving sales and ensuring site profitability
3. Training, coaching, and developing your team
4. Maintaining company and brand standards as well as adhering to H&S guidelines
5. Achieving store and company KPIs
6. Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis
