The challenge now is to find an experienced, customer-focused Store Manager with industry credibility, capable of leading the team to achieve greater town and national recognition.

Job Role:
  1. There will be involvement and responsibility in every aspect of day-to-day store operations.
  2. This iconic retailer requires smooth, seamless management both internally in-store and externally, liaising with key manufacturing suppliers.
  3. Sales and customer service must never be compromised, and the staff will require leadership, inspiration, and training to achieve a five-star service standard.
  4. Inventory and stock management will require vigilance and absolute control to ensure the showroom is optimally presented and able to maximise merchandise sales.
  5. You must intuitively draw upon every trading and financial trend to proactively address areas for improvement and closer control.
  6. Support from the marketing and commercial teams will provide the insights necessary for making informed decisions to propel sales forward.
  7. Compliance and security within your domain will be continuously assessed to ensure that the high standards recognised by all are consistently maintained.
Requirements:
  1. Proven leadership and team management experience within the jewellery industry.
  2. First-class communication and customer service skills.
  3. A career track record of driving sales and achieving set targets.
  4. Organised and intuitively driven to anticipate and prepare for any store challenges.
  5. Proficient in using all retail management tools available.
