Store Manager

Job Title: Store Manager
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Chelmsford
Full Time: Monday - Thursday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm) and working either Friday or Sunday (rotational).
37 ½ hours per week

We are working with a long-standing and leading business, who due to continuous growth and expansion of their teams, are looking to recruit a Store Manager to join their dynamic team in Cheltenham.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in retail or a similar management role.
2. Full driving license is essential.
3. A strong passion for personal development and success.
4. Experience in stock management, including hands-on replenishment, stock counts, and booking in stock.
5. Supervisory skills and/or previous experience managing a small team.
6. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain existing relationships and identify new sales and business development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive business development to increase sales and maximise profitability.
2. Take full operational accountability for stock management, cash handling, and overall business performance to achieve targets.
3. Lead and manage a team of six staff, inspiring and developing them to deliver outstanding results.
4. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service standards.
