Key Responsibilities as a Store Manager
  1. Lead all aspects of retail store operations, ensuring success across sales, service, and team development.
  2. Drive sales performance, customer engagement, and profitability.
  3. Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.
  4. Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation to company standards.
  5. Manage staff scheduling to maintain efficiency and service levels.
  6. Analyse store performance and report key metrics to senior management.
  7. Maintain high standards of compliance, health & safety, and operational excellence.
