We are on the lookout for a Stockroom Specialist to join the team at our Carousel Performance Store in Perth.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:

• Supporting the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock to floor service to provide a premium consumer experience.
• Supporting store management team by providing feedback on the required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
• Representing the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Driving and ensuring compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world class Concept Store experience.
• Driving profitability of store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Supporting store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
• Senior team member in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear, preferably in a warehouse or stockroom capacity.

Working Hours:
To be considered for the roles you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends.
