Responsibilities:

1. On-Site Inventory Management: Conduct regular on-site visits to hospitals and other medical settings to accurately assess and record inventory levels.
2. Data Collection: Utilize handheld devices or specialised software to gather real-time data on stock quantities, ensuring that records are up-to-date and reliable.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with hospital staff, procurement teams, and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate stock replenishment and manage any shortages efficiently.
4. Reporting: Compile detailed reports on stock levels, usage patterns and trends, providing valuable insights to aid in procurement and inventory planning.

Qualifications:
