Job Title: Stock Intern

Location: Bicester Village boutique

Contract: Full-time, 1 year fixed term

We are currently seeking a Stock Intern to join our Bicester Village boutique on a 1 year fixed term contract. You will receive coaching to develop the highest standards of customer service, product training and an opportunity to learn from our experienced teams and develop your skills in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the highest level of stock control and minimise stock losses.
2. Accept deliveries and sort through discrepancies.
3. Stock replenishment.
4. Back of house maintenance.
5. Participate in and support the stock management team on stock takes and transfers to ensure targets are met.
6. Follow all Christian Dior procedures regarding garment protection, stockroom housekeeping, and security tagging.
7. Ensure all stock is appropriately tagged to prevent theft.
8. Take all actions necessary to ensure stock is safe and secure.
9. Build relationships with colleagues across the boutique.
10. Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must be available for 1 year, 40 hours per week with Monday to Sunday flexibility, with the right to work in the UK.
2. Previous stock or administration experience, ideally from a luxury environment.
3. The ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
4. Organisation skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving and numerical skills.
6. A flexible and committed attitude.
