Stock Controller

40 hours per week. Working on a 2 shift rotating pattern, either starting at 7am and finishing at 3pm or starting at 3pm and finishing at 11pm on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility required to work outside of these hours and cover other shifts to suit business needs.

Key Accountabilities

We are now recruiting for a Stock Controller to join us. Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, this role will be responsible for:

1. Control the stock of Keg, Cask & Small Pack products inc. Wines, Spirits & Consumables
2. Ullage Returns & Processing
3. Managing 3PB Accounts
4. Manage stock availability and movements between depots
5. Reconcile stock using SAP
6. Maintain relevant systems (stock, spreadsheets etc.)
7. Ensure returned goods are dealt with & procedures are followed on SAP
8. Complete regular stock counts for audit purposes

Experience And Key Attributes

1. IT literate with experience using MS Office and SAP
2. Numeracy and literacy ability with attention to detail
3. Previous warehouse and administration experience is preferable
4. Planning and prioritising skills
5. Time management skills
6. Customer Service
