Job description

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to cover surveys in Cheltenham.

As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties by assessing key elements such as kitchens, bathrooms, and central heating.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Conduct Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings.
  2. Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
  3. Assess the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms.

About the Role:
  1. Surveys are carried out on software - tablet devices will be provided.
  2. Carry out 4 - 6 completed surveys per day.
  3. Induction provided - to use the software.
  4. Lodgement fee is covered by our client.
  5. Scheduled work contract booked appointments.
  6. Outside IR35 role.
  7. Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks.
  8. Over 1000 properties to be surveyed.
  9. Full training will be provided.

Ideal Candidates:
  1. Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
  2. Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
  3. Experience in energy.
  4. Familiarity with the HHSRS system.
  5. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
