Stock Condition Surveyor

TSASurveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a 9 MONTH CONTRACT starting ASAP in/around the HAMPSHIRE area to survey OVER 1000 PROPERTIES.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software (IN HOUSE SOFTWARE).

Outside IR35 role.

Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks.

Over 1000 properties to be surveyed - STOCK CONDITION and RDSAP.

ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority.

Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.

6 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension based on performance.

FULL TIME ONLY - 4/5 DAYS ARE A MUST.

PROPERTIES LOCATED IN ALDERSHOT AND WATERLOOVILLE.
