Stock Condition Surevyor

I am reaching out to you as I have just had an exciting role land at my desk working for a housing association based in Cardiff on the private side! The organisation I am working with are looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their growing team to help them tackle the properties they are dealing with!

Location: Cardiff
Rate: £28-£30 an hour
Contract: Temporary
Role: Stock Condition Surveyor

Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor include:

1. Completing full stock condition reports on these properties
2. Using MRI Inspection software to input all information and pictures
3. Collate detailed stock condition information
4. Assist with the completion of regular stock audits to ensure properties are developed and managed effectively

Experience required for the Stock Condition Surveyor role:

1. Social housing experience
2. Stock condition experience
