Job Title: Stock Condition Building SurveyorLocation: Wiltshire RegionRate: £24 per house, £20 per flat (Outside IR35)
Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Condition Building Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive stock condition and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) surveys across the Wiltshire region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stock condition surveys to assess the current state of residential properties, including houses and flats.
  • Perform EPC surveys to evaluate the energy efficiency of properties.
  • Accurately record and report findings, ensuring all data is collected in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines.
  • Identify and document any necessary repairs or maintenance required for each property.
  • Communicate effectively with property owners and tenants to arrange survey appointments and provide clear explanations of the survey process.
  • Ensure all surveys are completed within the specified timeframe and meet the quality standards set by the company.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in conducting stock condition and EPC surveys.
  • Strong knowledge of building construction, maintenance, and energy efficiency standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across the Wiltshire region.
