Browns Fashion was acquired by Farfetch in 2015. Born in London, Browns started in 1970, with an iconic boutique and today it's the one-stop shop for the best luxury fashion including established designers and emerging talent. Browns operates in the flagship Browns Brook Street and online on brownsfashion.com.

THE ROLE
Our stockroom team work collaboratively and seamlessly to fulfil the customer experience from start to finish, going above and beyond for both our stores and customers, bringing our customer journey to life and supporting Browns on our mission to be the coolest multi-channel boutique in the world. In this role, you will be responsible for the fulfilment of all online orders for the Retail Stores. Other responsibilities will include completing 'Same Day' and 'Click and Collect' online orders, as well as helping manage and control the stock integrity in the stockroom by housekeeping and providing support to the Stockroom Manager on a daily basis.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  1. Support the stockroom with communication with the Sales Associates to locate, pick and run items requested accurately and efficiently, always ensuring the customer journey is seamless.
  2. Return stock from shop floor to the stockroom and store according to the correct process.
  3. Work with the Investigations Team to ensure all items unable to be located are investigated within a 24-hour time frame.
  4. Oversee all quality control for orders and work with the stockroom team and Browns distribution centre to control stock integrity.
  5. Liaise with the Stockroom Manager to create action plans to avoid stock loss.
  6. Perform cycle counts and regular stock checks.
  7. Go above and beyond for the customer.
  8. Support the Stockroom Team in the delivery of administrative work related to the Stockroom.
  9. Work with the Web Operations Team to pick all online orders within SLAs.
  10. Pack all items under the guidelines to dispatch to the Distribution Centre.

WHO YOU ARE
  1. Team player, focused on supporting your team and building the best relationships across the boutique.
  2. Experienced administrative/data entry professional in a fashion retail environment.
  3. Previous experience working in a stockroom retail role.
  4. An expert in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  5. Passionate about accuracy and attention to detail.
  6. Able to communicate clearly in written and oral form.
  7. Problem-solver and multitasker.
