Stock Assistant

Location: Near Chipping Norton

Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm)

Pay: £13.71 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a key role in a fast-moving environment? We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations in a growing business where no two days are the same.

This is a physical, active role where your input directly supports the wider team. If you're organised, dependable, and not afraid to get stuck in, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receiving deliveries and ensuring accurate and timely stock put-away
2. Loading, offloading, and picking items for distribution
3. Supporting stock accuracy and inventory management across multiple locations
4. Carrying out warehouse system tasks including picking, packing, and shipping
5. Driving stock between locations as required
6. Maintaining a safe working environment and promoting teamwork

What We're Looking For:

1. At least one year of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role
2. Full UK driving licence
3. FLT License advantageous
4. Confident IT user with strong communication skills
5. A proactive and collaborative approach to work

Full training will be provided on the warehouse management system to ensure you're confident supporting stock control and warehouse operations from day one.
