Our client, a leading specialist in large-scale residential developments, is seeking an experienced Steel Estimator to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with at least 4 years of experience, strong pricing expertise, and a solid understanding of steel design work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct accurate take-offs for projects, with a focus on pricing balconies and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
2. Liaise closely with designers to achieve the best pricing while balancing project requirements.
3. Contribute to design discussions, ensuring commercial considerations align with the project’s scope.
4. Work on large-scale residential developments, providing commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Steel Estimator.
2. Proficiency in take-offs, pricing, and understanding the design aspects of steel structures.
3. Experience in large-scale residential projects is essential.
4. Ability to travel to London for meetings as required.
