Job description

Statutory Assessment and Monitoring Assistant

This role is fixed term until November 2025

All about the Role

This is an opportunity for someone who has a high level of IT and administrative skills, works well as part of a team and has an exceptional attention to detail who is able to confidently extract and interpret data. If this sounds like you, we would welcome your interest in this role.


Duties include:
  1. Overseeing the housekeeping of the in-house database
  2. Managing designated tasks within a shared inbox, uploading documents and sending paperwork.
  3. Responding to service telephone calls from officers and customers.
  4. Providing performance and monitoring data to ensure statutory deadlines are met and to plan deadlines and monitor performance
  5. Supporting the service to produce key operational information to respond to statutory returns, board reports, freedom of information requests, etc.
  6. Supporting the Head of Service in implementing and improving processes.

All about You
  1. You have a GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths and English, as well as a high level of IT and administrative skills.
  2. You are able to work well independently and as part of a team.
  3. You have the ability to work in an organised way and within set timescales to meet deadlines.
