Static Site Lift Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Lift Engineer to join a major static site in Stratford. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a prestigious environment with a stable shift pattern and no travel between sites.

2. Shift pattern: 5 on 5 off, 2 on 2 off (alternating shifts: 6am-6pm / 12pm-12am)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and lift servicing on-site.
2. Responding to breakdowns and fault-finding efficiently.
3. Ensuring lift systems are safe, reliable, and compliant with relevant standards.
4. Working closely with on-site teams and reporting to the site supervisor/contract manager.
5. Keeping accurate records of work completed.

Requirements:

1. NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in lift maintenance and breakdown response.
3. Strong fault-finding skills and a commitment to safety and compliance.
4. Excellent communication and time-management skills.
5. Flexibility to work both day and late shifts as part of the rotating schedule.
