Paddox is a landmark pub on a prominent corner junction with lots of passing traffic and footfall. The Pub is in Hill Morton, an affluent suburb of Rugby, 2 miles away from Rugby town centre. Surrounded by chimney pots, large schools, local shops, and takeaways, there are also lots of new houses being built around the pub. The pub benefits from being one of only four pubs found in an area of around 4,598 adults. The local customer base is made up of midlife and mature adults.

Available on our management agreement, Just Add Talent, this pub has a tried and tested food and drinks offer. The site will be around 85% wet/15% food sales.
