Liverpool council are recruiting for a Children's Social Worker.
We have opportunities for experienced (plus 3yrs pq) children's social workers across our services in our Permanence Teams. The candidate will be experienced in Children in Care and Children Looked After. Excellent engagement and direct working skills with children and young people are essential, as well as care and placement planning and minimising risk with a methodical, organised approach, ensuring long-term improved outcomes. Ensuring stable placements appropriate for individual needs is crucial. There has never been a more exciting time to join Liverpool Children's Services as a social worker. You should be a qualified social worker, registered with Social Work England and have the commitment and passion to be at the forefront of delivering best practice and support to children and families. You will be able to manage a complex and diverse caseload to the required standards.
