Join a leading M&A Tax Team
This leading M&A Tax team advises on tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, business recoveries, and real estate deals. As part of our Corporate Tax network, you'll collaborate across specialisms, delivering value at every deal stage.
They work nationally with multinationals, private equity firms, start-ups, and owner-managed businesses and the team thrives on solving complex tax challenges and offers excellent career growth.
Your Role:Provide expert stamp taxes advice on transactions, including Stamp Duty, SDRT, and LBTT.
Advise on real estate, corporate reorganisations, financial services, and FTSE 100 clients.
Conduct tax due diligence, assess risks, and ensure compliance.
Support deal implementation, IPOs, and capital raisings.
Assist with pre- and post-acquisition restructuring.
Build client relationships and coordinate with advisors.
Develop new stamp taxes service offerings.
Qualifications: ACA/CTA/ACCA or Legal Qualification (or equivalent experience).
Project Management: Experience managing key client projects.
Networking: Ability to build and leverage relationships.
Deadline-Driven: Strong planning and delivery skills.
Communication: Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
