An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Staffing Coordinator to join their dynamic team for a fixed-term contract. This role involves managing the deployment of casual staff for match days and events, ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time. We have an exciting opportunity for a Staffing Coordinator to join our Staffing Operations team for a 9-12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.
What will you be doing?
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the continuous supply and deployment of casual staff, working alongside stakeholders to understand and support in the fulfillment of their people resource requirements. You’ll support in the management of our casual workforce, collating and reporting on information including fulfillment rates, attendance, training, staff shortages, etc.

Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will be hard-working and customer service driven, with a keen eye for detail. You’ll be methodical and resilient and have a strong knowledge of working with data, Excel and systems to analyse and present information. Previous experience within a similar staffing and deployment or administrative role would be advantageous.

This role is a fixed term position, working 35 hours per week on a 5 out of 7 days basis, including evenings and weekends to provide support at home fixtures. The successful candidate will be based at Anfield Stadium.
