Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Staffing Coordinator to join our Staffing Operations team for a 9-12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.

What will you be doing?

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the continuous supply and deployment of casual staff, working alongside stakeholders to understand and support in the fulfillment of their people resource requirements. You’ll support in the management of our casual workforce, collating and reporting on information including fulfillment rates, attendance, training, staff shortages, etc.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Liaising and engaging with our casual workforce to schedule and communicate work offers for all match day and non-match day staffing requirements.
  • Managing the resource planning for match days, events and other operational areas utilising our workforce planning and scheduling system.
  • Support our casual workforce to be in the right place at the right time through managing check-in/check-out processes.
  • Ensuring planned staffing levels are met, and processing associated payroll in line with the post-event information provided.
  • Liaise with agency suppliers as and when required to support in fulfilling staffing/resource plans.
  • Assisting in on-boarding processes to induct new starters into the casual workforce.
  • Extract and analyse workforce planning data, highlighting trends and providing departmental reports.
  • Support in the delivery of projects.
  • Use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will be hard-working and customer service driven, with a keen eye for detail. You’ll be methodical and resilient and have a strong knowledge of working with data, Excel and systems to analyse and present information. Previous experience within a similar staffing and deployment or administrative role would be advantageous.

This role is a fixed term position, working 35 hours per week on a 5 out of 7 days basis, including evenings and weekends to provide support at home fixtures. The successful candidate will be based at Anfield Stadium.
