As experts in MEV and Blockchains, they help organisations bridge the gap between research and commercial products. They are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help shape the future of their platform, playing a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems that power tools.
- System Architecture: Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems, ensuring security and efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Guide engineering teams, enforce best practices, and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and operations teams to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements for reliability and security.
- Strategic Influence: Shape technical direction, assess new technologies, and drive innovation.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote learning, automation, and process enhancements.
- Scalability & Performance: Optimize distributed systems for efficiency and seamless growth.
- Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for secure and resilient infrastructure.
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, leading complex projects.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in TypeScript, Rust, or similar, with strong backend development and optimization skills.
- System Architecture: Proven ability to design and scale distributed systems with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Experience guiding teams, influencing strategy, and mentoring engineers.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Web3 Interest: Passion for blockchain and decentralized technologies.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus Docker and Kubernetes.

- A base salary of circa 160-200k $US
