What You'll Do:
  1. Provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a multi-disciplinary team
  2. Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
  3. Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs
  4. Lead shifts and supervise junior staff
  5. Maintain professional development and contribute to team meetings
