- Provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a multi-disciplinary team
- Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
- Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs
- Lead shifts and supervise junior staff
- Maintain professional development and contribute to team meetings
- £31,900 - £37,455 salary, based on experience
- 25 days annual leave + birthday off
