An exciting opportunity for a band 5 nurse to join a dynamic, motivated team of renal nurses who deliver a high standard of specialist outpatient care. Experience within Nephrology/ Dialysis is preferred.
You will be working in a friendly and supportive environment providing comprehensive care and support to dialysis dependent patients. We currently have 25 stations running 07:00 - 1am Monday - Saturdays providing approximately 360 dialysis treatments a week.
We also have an outreach team running 7.00-1930 Monday to Saturday, plus 12-6 on Sundays. Our outreach team is based on 7C/HDU and 7B. Staff will be required to cover these areas when required to Dialyse our inpatient population.

The post holder will be responsible and accountable for the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care. Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team and undertake delegated tasks from the ward sister/charge nurse. Following successful completion of foundation gateway will be required to take charge of ward/department for a span of duty.
