Staff Nurse / Hospice Paramedic
Position: Staff Nurse / Hospice Paramedic
Location: Kent
Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week (part time & night shifts available)
Salary: up to £36,500 FTE

MediTalent have an exciting opportunity for experienced Staff Nurse / Hospice Paramedic to join our client in their hospice in Kent. You will be a part of the multidisciplinary team and help to maintain a high level of care and safety for patients with terminal illnesses including Cancer, Dementia, Organ Failure and Neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver personalised care to patients by planning, implementing and evaluating care pathways.
  • Administrate medication, including injectables as per patients' needs.
  • Support and lead new staff/students/nursing assistants.
  • Be responsible for overseeing the running of shifts in the In-Patient Wards by delivering care to patients having procedures and liaising with other care providers to ensure everything is running smoothly.

The right candidate will have:

  • Nursing/paramedic experience.
  • A valid NMC Pin.
  • Strong abilities in organisation and planning.
