Staff Nurse- Brain Injury (RGN)

This permanent position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from £34,916.66 to £44,027.68, with options for both full-time and part-time (23 hours per week) working arrangements. What you will do:

1. Collaborate within a dynamic interdisciplinary team, including support workers, psychologists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychiatrists, and social workers, ensuring comprehensive neurorehabilitation services for service users and their families.
2. Deliver expert care across inpatient, transitional living units, and outpatient settings, helping meet complex needs while developing neuropsychological and rehabilitation expertise.
3. Drive service development, ensuring high-quality care and support hand in hand with a collective approach to meet the unique requirements of individuals with acquired brain injury.
4. Be a pivotal part of service delivery, implementing patients' care plans effectively and efficiently.

About you:

To thrive in this role, you should have RMN or RNLD experience. While additional training will be provided for the neurobehavioural model, a flexible mindset and eagerness to learn are key. Your background should include at least 2 years of clinical and management experience to ensure you excel in this dynamic position.
