About The Role

Responsibilities of Registered Staff Nurse Role:

1. Ensure high standards of nursing care are delivered to all your residents
2. Continuous assessment, implementation and evaluation of care needs
3. Take responsibility for running of unit / floor
4. Appropriately lead and delegate care staff within your team to ensure safe and effective delivery of care
5. Effective communication to team and to Nurse Manager

Registered Staff Nurse Role Requirements:

1. 1st Level Nurse Registered with NMC (RGN / RMN)
2. Fluent level of English
3. Must be available for shifts as detailed above
4. Have a compassionate and caring nature
