STABILITIES & FORMULATIONS SCIENTIST/PHARMACIST NEEDED IN HARLOW, ESSEX

Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary: £75,000
Contract Type: Permanent
Contracted Hours per Week: 37.5 hours
Working Patterns: Full-time, part-time, and condensed working hours considered
Contract Basis: Full Time

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

In This Influential Role, You Will
  1. Ensure Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and product quality by ensuring all stability processes comply with UK regulatory standards, including Yellow Cover Documents (YCD), MHRA guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  2. Drive Efficiencies: Review, update, and enhance stability protocols, prescription processes, and associated standards to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred outcomes.
  3. Innovate: Lead research and development initiatives to advance stability management and implement innovative practices.
  4. Quality Assurance: Deliver a robust quality assurance framework by conducting risk assessments, managing incidents and non-conformances, and driving continuous improvement.
  5. Build Capability: Act as the subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to colleagues and customers on stability management.
  6. Foster Relationships: Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver the highest standards of service, support commercial opportunities, and build customer relationships.
