Senior UX Researcher – Healthcare Sector (Open to Lead Level)

Location: London – (Hybrid, with travel 2-4 times per month and occasional trips to Sweden)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our design team, focusing on user research for a digital health platform. This role is integral to a wider research team that operates within a cross-functional design organization. The successful candidate will conduct generative, evaluative, and usability research to enhance healthcare digital products.

Key Requirements:

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in UX research
2. Strong academic background – ideally a Master’s in Psychology or Anthropology (PhD preferred)
3. Expertise in user research, usability studies, and human factors research
4. Essential: Prior experience in the healthcare or life sciences sector
5. Experience with medical devices and health-focused digital products
6. Knowledge of Human Factors Research is a plus
