Job ID: 2749899 | Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10
At Amazon, we work hard to ensure that every Amazon product or service our customers purchase is made or handled in a way that ensures respect for the rights of people throughout our supply chain and operations. Our Sustainability/Social Responsibility team partners with internal businesses, suppliers, and service providers on a continuous improvement model, researching and identifying risks in places where we source and operate, and designing solutions to help understand and mitigate those risks and move quickly when violations occur for the benefit of workers globally.
We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to manage the intake of complaints related to human rights and environmental issues. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing case review and issue identification, routing cases to appropriate business teams or functions for investigation, and supporting applicable reporting requirements. The PM will work cross-functionally with multiple teams (e.g., Employee Relations, Legal, Customer Relations) to ensure high standards of case management and issues resolution are maintained, in line with best practice human rights and environmental due diligence. This role holder will also be required to identify process gaps, streamline workflows and provide recommendations for year-on-year improvement. This will include understanding existing and emerging legal requirements and analyzing trending data to identify common or systems-level issues to improve Amazon’s human rights and environmental risk management and prevention.
