Key Responsibilities

• Oversee VPN configurations and ensure secure remote access.
• Conduct network assessments and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network solutions with existing technologies.

• Train junior engineers and help them develop their technical skills.
• Participate in capacity planning and network scaling initiatives.
• Resolve escalated network issues from helpdesk personnel.
• Coordinate with vendors for network-related products and services.
• Assist in the development of disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Deep understanding of network architecture and design principles.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and network performance optimization.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP protocols, WAN/LAN configurations, and VPN technologies.
• Knowledge of network security practices and firewall configurations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with cloud networking solutions is a plus.
• Certification such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with VoIP technologies.
