To support the commercialization of ZBEdge, our digital and robotic portfolio, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts in the Developed Markets across Europe.
This role, reporting to the Marketing Director of DTS EMEA, will be integral to shaping and executing the marketing strategy for ZBEdge. The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with country marketing teams, sales, and commercial leaders across our European markets, as well as work with the Global Technology & Data team based in the U.S.

How You'll Create Impact
- Lead the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns to promote the ZBEdge in European markets.
- Create and manage external communication strategies that highlight clinical & economic benefits to different stakeholders.
- Oversee content creation for digital, print, and event-based materials, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Develop and implement sales tools and resources that empower sales teams to effectively position and sell ZBEdge in the market.
- Provide ongoing support and training to sales teams on value proposition, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to ensure sales tools are tailored to meet specific market needs.
- Lead the strategy for gathering and utilizing clinical and market evidence to support the positioning and sales of ZBEdge.
- Collaborate with the Global Technology & Data team and clinical experts to ensure evidence generation is aligned with market needs. Ensure the creation of compelling case studies, clinical data, and other evidence to support marketing claims.
- Provide input into strategic & operating planning by aligning with the markets on business opportunities and risks.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Master’s degree (preferred in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of global or EMEA commercial/downstream marketing experience within health care (required), with experience in digital health or robotic technologies (preferred).
- Experience working across diverse EMEA markets, understanding local healthcare systems and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, campaign execution, and product launches.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to use analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, CRM platforms).
- Ability to influence others, strong organizational skills, handle increasing levels of responsibility.
- Energizes all levels of the organization to deliver on business goals and objectives.
- Strong analytical & project management capabilities.
- Fluent in English, any other major language is a plus.
