Job Summary
We are looking for a Global Sr. Director of Time Reporting, Payroll & Stock Services to manage our Time Reporting, Payroll & Stock Services teams, made up of 35 employees across 3 regions, while concurrently transforming our global Time Reporting and Payroll systems. Time Reporting is currently a shared responsibility between Payroll (in 11 countries) and HR (in 26 countries). Approximately 50% of the company's 14,000, and growing, workforce is paid on an hourly basis with overtime and other complex compensation plans. This new leader will be accountable for all global time reporting processes and controls, as well as implementing a global time reporting system, in conjunction with a scheduling tool, to be utilized by our Global Datacenter Operations teams.
