  • Implementation of a global time keeping system over the course of 3 - 4 years, including a scheduling system for use by our Operations teams (and other add-on systems they may wish in the future).
  • Conversion of approximately 20 countries, over the next 3 - 4 years, onto the ADP Celergo platform for payroll processing purposes, ensuring integration with Workday and the new global Workforce time keeping system.
  • Ensure the payroll platforms properly tax and report benefits from the new Benefex system being implemented globally over the next 4 years by HR.
  • Coordination of the above across Finance, HR, IT, and Operations, ensuring all time and pay system implementations are accurately completed on time and on budget.
  • Training of all employees and managers globally on the functionality and benefits of the new time keeping system.
  • The institution of proper controls both internally financially, and externally with ADP and Workforce, our global time system, with respect to information security.
  • Organization of your team in the most efficient manner to accomplish the above noted transformations, as well as management of the ongoing operations of Time Reporting, Payroll and Stock Services.

In addition, you and your team will be responsible to ensure:

  • Timely and accurate payment to global employees.
  • Data is maintained with the utmost fiduciary care and privacy.
  • Payroll-related audits are conducted, as required.
  • Timely development and implementation of any other system upgrade strategies and automation improvements.
  • Accurate accounting and accruals of compensation and commissions.
  • Management of local laws, union and policy changes in countries and metros.
  • Paid Time Off, Leave of Absences, and hourly timecards are processed properly, in partnership with HR and other functions.

Qualifications

  • Time Reporting, Payroll and Stock Services expertise in a global company with a significant hourly employee population.
  • A combination of Tech and Real Estate knowledge.
