Ring & Blink team is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will be responsible for key revenue-generating activities related to the customer lifecycle management.
As a Retention Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for key customer activities related to increasing device adoption and subscription activities. You will work closely with the HQ CRM team in the US and collaborate with European teams based in London and Amsterdam (including product marketing, creative & production and subscriptions) to build out and execute communication strategies and campaigns to enhance the customer experience. You will bring your proven creative, analytical and strategic capabilities to develop, plan, implement and optimise compelling campaigns that deliver an impactful customer experience and increase customer engagement.
Key job responsibilities
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in retention marketing and related consumer-facing product marketing roles
- Experience managing email campaigns on Braze, Segment, or similar platforms.
- Experience in stakeholder management and project management.
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically with proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in understanding data workflows, customer segmentation and testing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a proven ability to influence various stakeholders.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate occasional calls with US counterparts.
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience in project management and project management tools, such as JIRA, Workfront, Asana
- Experience in managing subscription-based business
- Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Fluency in European languages other than English a plus.
