SQL Development DBA

We are seeking an experienced SQL Development DBA to join my clients IT Systems Integration team. This role is a key addition to their well-established group of DBAs, Engineers, and Analysts, as they continue to support the business and IT departments during their expansion.

The SQL Development DBA will serve as the Senior Technical Advisor and T-SQL Development champion, collaborating with IT Development teams and Production DBAs to troubleshoot production systems. Working within the Infrastructure & Architecture team as a SQL Developer you will lead SQL performance enhancement projects across the group, documenting and implementing all SQL configuration changes.

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of T-SQL and SQL Development best practices.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a SQL Developer/DBA.
• Proficient with the full Microsoft SQL Server stack (SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS).
• Understanding of Development methodologies and ITIL processes.
• Experience with automation deployment tools (eg, Azure DevOps, OctopusDeploy).
